Our client, a dental office, seeks an experienced Dental Hygienist. 

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally 1 year experience in the dental field
• Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

LOCATION: Queen St. East & Main Street North - between McLaughlin Rd. North and Kennedy Rd North (Free Parking)

 

HOURS: 

• Mon: 10-7
• Alternating Sat: 8-3

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive TBD  depending on experience and performance

 

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Choice of Cavitron or Handscaling
• New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Polishing and fluoride treatments
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays
• Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning
• Taking impressions of teeth for study models
• Digital radiography
• Charting patients, updating medical history
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
