*Dental Receptionist
Toronto, ONOur client is seeking a friendly, energetic, mature and responsible Dental Receptionist to join their Dental practice.
POSITION:
LOCATION: Toronto (Mainly Spadina/Queen- no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst-parking available), go to both locations
HOURS: Mon & Tues 8-4, Weds & Thurs 9-5
COMPENSATION: $TBD depending on experience and performance

- Experienced Dental Receptionist (2+ years Canadian experience)
- Dental Floating experience would be helpful
SOFTWARE: Tracker software

JOB OVERVIEW:
- Greeting and booking appointments
- Booking appointments
- Doing predeterminations, dealing with insurance companies
- Recalls
- Updating Charts
- Processing payments
- Must have excellent command of English language, spoken and written
- Ability to communicate all concerns to dentist
- Takes direction well and follows through with all tasks assigned
- Possibly helping in the future with ordering, monthly schedule, payroll and more
