Our client at Yonge/Lawrence is looking for a Hygienist 3 days a week.

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced Dental Hygienist 

• Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

• 3-5 years experience

• Up to date with IPAC regulations

• Perio experience an asset

LOCATION: Yonge/Lawrence

COMPENSATION: TBD

HOURS: 

• Wed, Thurs, Fri - 7:45-5

• Possible Tues once a month

 

JOB OVERVIEW:

• New patient assessment-comprehensive exams

• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments

• Polishing and fluoride treatments

• Dental impressions and bleaching trays

• Removal of stains, scaling and root-planing

• Taking impressions of teeth for study models

• Digital radiography

• Charting patients, updating medical history

• Oral hygiene instructions to patients

• Preparation of patients for various dental procedures

• Abeldent software

• Digital x-ray experience

• Computer savvy
