Treatment Coordinator

A busy, established dental practice in Toronto looking for a Treatment Coordinator. This is a leadership role for someone who loves people, loves results, and wants to help build something great.

  • Ideally have HARP certification or CDA would be an asset
  • Prefer 5 years experience
     

Job Description:

  • Present and plan treatment, including Invisalign, implant, and complex cases

  • Follow up with patients throughout treatment so they feel secure knowing everything is under control and going smoothly

  • Analyze office data to find weak spots and drive improvement

  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring follow-up and follow-through

  • Build and refine systems across the office

  • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives
 
  • Software is Curve but can be trained

Schedule:

  • A hybrid work week: 3-4 days in office, 1 day working from home
  • Mon & Tues 10-7, Wed & Thurs 8-5, Fri 9-3
LOCATION: Danforth & Broadview

Compensation: $30-$35 TBD, Competitive base salary plus incentives based on performance
