Our client, a dental office at Dufferin and St. Clair in Toronto, seeks an experienced Dental Hygienist. 

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
• NEW Grads welcome 
• Saturday mandatory + 1 weekday (day optional Mon-Thurs)

LOCATION: Toronto (Dufferin/St. Clair - free parking)

HOURS: 

• Monday (8:45-6)
• Saturday (8:45-2) Mandatory 

COMPENSATION:

• $45-$52 Competitive TBD ​depending on experience and performance

​JOB OVERVIEW:

• Choice of Cavitron or Handscaling
• ​New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Polishing and fluoride treatments
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays
• Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning
• Taking impressions of teeth for study models
• Digital radiography
• Charting patients, updating medical history
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
