Our client in Richmond Hill is looking for a Dental Manager

POSITION/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced Dental Manager

• Monday to Friday 9-5
• E/O Sat 8:30-1

• Dentrix

• $35/hr

• Must have managerial experience:
  • ​​Handle staffing conflicts
  • Delegate responsibilities
  • Ability to motivate, discipline and resolve conflicts on a regular basis
  • Liase with consultant
  • Ensure smooth operations of the practice 
  • Hiring, training, managing, and scheduling of the team members 
  • Implement and monitor the systems for the offices continued operation and success
  • Comfortable with the computer (IT capability)
• Must have a knowledge of the dental treatments
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent people skills and supervisory skills
• Positive team leadership and delegating skills
• Experience in setting and accomplishing office goals
• Bookkeeping - accounts receivable and payable
• Recall bookings
• Allocate staff schedules and ensure effective patient care
• Some insurance coordination
• General reception duties as needed
• Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies
• Attention to detail important
• Accountability, dependable and a positive role model

• Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality is key
• Highly organized, quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
• Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
• Must be able to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately
