Our client at Yonge/St. Clair is looking for a Hygienist to cover a Maternity Leave (12 to 18 months) and definite possibility to lead into some permanent days.


POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Dental Hygienist 
• Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

LOCATION: Yonge & St. Clair

COMPENSATION: TBD 

HOURS:  

• Mon & Wed 8-5
• Could turn into: Mon to Thurs 8-5 and Friday 8-1

​JOB OVERVIEW:

• New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Polishing and fluoride treatments
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays
• Removal of stains, scaling and root-planing
• Taking impressions of teeth for study models
• Digital radiography
• Charting patients, updating medical history
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
