Our client is looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (Dental Assistant experience is an asset). Located in the heart of Toronto with two central offices, we specialize exclusively in Invisalign.

• Spadina & Front

Key Qualities and Experience:

• Proficiency in ClearDent and general computer skills (must know a Dental program)
• Warm and welcoming patient greetings to create a positive first impression
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments via telephone, text, email and in person
• Sending appointment confirmations via email and phone, as well as conducting follow-up calls/emails
• Social media proficiency, including posting and editing
• Handling pre-determinations
• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
• Accurate tracking and maintenance of client treatment records
• Preparation and explanation of procedures, treatments, Insurance and Financing to new and existing patients
• Reliable and punctual work history
• Strong work ethic with a sense of pride in one's responsibilities
• Effective communication in a friendly and concise manner
• "Can-Do" attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 6 pm
• Friday:  9 am - 2 pm
