Our client a Periodontist in Scarborough is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist with experience to work Monday to Thursday. No weekends!

Position/Job requirement

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office
• Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

Job Overview

• Must be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
• New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Polishing and fluoride treatments
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays
• Removal of stains, scaling and root-planing
• Taking impressions of teeth for study models
• Digital radiography
• Charting patients, updating medical history
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Preparation of patients for various dental procedure

Hours: (1 hr lunch & full dental benefits for full-time)

• Mon 11:00 to 7:00

• Tue 9 to 5:3

• Wed 8 to 5

• Thurs8 to 5

Location:

• McCowan/Ellesmere (Free Parking)

Compensation:

• $TBD ​depending on experience and performance
