Our client, a dental office, seeks a Dental Assistant to cover a Maternity leave from June to Apr 2023-maybe longer.   

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced Dental Assistant Level I or II

 LOCATION: Spadina/St. Clair (TTC Accessible close to St. Clair West Subway station - No free parking)

HOURS:

• Tues, Thurs, Fri - 10-7
• Sat 10-4

COMPENSATION:

•  TBD per hour depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Assisting dentist during dental procedures - restorations, implants, root canals etc
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up trays
• Preparing dental materials and cements
• Pouring and trimming cast models
• Exposing, processing and mounting radiographs as specified by HARP
• Providing patients with post operative instructions
• Making patients of all ages feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
