Our client has two busy Orthodontic Offices and is seeking a full-time Dental Manager.  The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who is dedicated to patient care.  

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Dental Manager experience
• Orthotrac software preferred
• Must have strong computer and verbal communication skills
• Need to be able to multi-task and travel to other office when needed
• Must be a team player and with an excellent personality

LOCATION: Toronto (Main Office @ St. Clair/Christie) & some times other office (University/King)

HOURS: 

• Monday 8:30-5
• Tuesday 9:30-6:30
• Wednesday 8:30-5
• Thursday 7:30-4
• Friday 8:30-1

COMPENSATION:

• $35.00-$43.00

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Responsible for making sure that the dentist office is giving high quality patient care and customer service 
• In charge of support staff - helps set goals and give direction
• Supervise of all business aspects of the practice-patient scheduling, supply management and inventory
• Have the ability to motivate, discipline and resolve conflicts on a regular basis
• Help with hiring, training, staff meetings and performance reviews 
• Manage accounts receivables and payments and oversee payroll
• Develop and implement effective office protocols for improving patient flow, productivity
• Oversee the successful resolution of patient inquiries and concerns

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Need Leadership skills, analytical skills and a professional attitude
• Must ideally have 5+ years experience as a Office Manager
• Orthotrac software  
• Highly organized, quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
• Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
