Position/Job requirement

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office
• Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
• Will train RDH for Ortho

Job Overview

• Must be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
• New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Polishing and fluoride treatments
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays
• Removal of stains, scaling and root-planing
• Taking impressions of teeth for study models
• Digital radiography
• Charting patients, updating medical history
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Preparation of patients for various dental procedure

Hours: 

• Mon ORTHO (arrive 8:30-5:15/5:30)
• Tues (arrive 8:30-6)
• selected Wed ORTHO (arrive 8:30-5:15/5:30)
• Thurs (arrive 8:30-6)
• Fri (arrive 8:30-5:15/5:30)
• 1 Sat month (arrive 8:30-2)
  • Will train for ORTHO

• Bloor/Dundas St. West (Roncesvalles/between Bloor & Queen St. West
• Accessible by transit 
• Free residential street parking (Free parking on High Park Blvd)

Compensation:

• $TBD ​depending on experience and performance
