*Dental Receptionist/DA (prefer)/Floater
Toronto, ONOur client is seeking a friendly, energetic, mature and responsible Dental Receptionist/DA (prefer)/Floater to join their Dental practice.
POSITION:
SOFTWARE: Tracker & LiveDDM software
LOCATION: Toronto (Mainly Spadina/Queen- no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst-parking available)
HOURS: Mon & Tues 8-4, Weds & Thurs 9-5
COMPENSATION: $28-$32 depending on experience and performance JOB OVERVIEW:

- Experienced Dental Receptionist (2+ years Canadian experience)
- Dental Floating experience/Steri-IPAC certificate
- Dental Assistant experience (preferred)
- Availability to move into a more responsible role

COMPENSATION: $28-$32 depending on experience and performance JOB OVERVIEW:
- Greeting and booking appointments
- Doing predeterminations, dealing with insurance companies
- Processing payments
- Floating-set up rooms, keeping steri area moving
- Ensuring infection control protocols are met at all times and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Helping Hygienists as needed
- Assisting the dentist with procedures when needed (preferred but not necessary)
- Must have excellent command of English language, spoken and written
- Ability to communicate all concerns to dentist
- Takes direction well and follows through with all tasks assigned
- Helping in the future with ordering, monthly schedule, payroll and more
