Our client at Yonge/St. Clair is looking for a Dental Assistant to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who is dedicated to patient care.  

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prefer Experienced Level I or II Dental Assistant
• Must have at least 2 year experience

 LOCATION: Yonge/St. Clair

HOURS:

• 9-9:30-5/5:30
• Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, maybe Fri
• (could be 3, 4 or 5 days)

COMPENSATION:

•  $25-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Assisting dentist with restoration (crowns, bridges, veneers), fillings, extractions, restoring some implant, invisalign, some endo
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up trays
• Preparing dental materials and cements
• Digital xrays
• Providing patients with post operative instructions
• Making patients of all ages feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
